Dr. Chavon

Dr. Chavon took focused her research on Christian African American women. She explored the history of leadership, women in leadership in ministry and the marketplace serving in senior leadership roles. She also researched the impact of gender-based training as a method of training for women in leadership to be further developed. Furthermore, she studied the impact of a transformational leadership approach for women in leadership as a natural style of leadership for women.
