I pray that you are doing well!! I pray that your week has been productive. I just want to start by saying that this blog is the result of a new dedication to building discipline and consistency in the realm of leadership.
A recap of last Thursday and Friday:
1. I went to a Visionary Author's Summit
2. God gave me clarity on my purpose
3. I have developed a a community group for women who lead!
I am excited about what God is doing in this season. I am excited about your future also. Women it is important to understand that we have been called from the beginning to lead, rule, and dominate.
God has given all of us a level of influence, and we have the opportunity to impact the lives of people all around the world. I am not sure how you see yourself, but you must know that you have been created to lead. The key is that we work and grow in excellence, so we can lead well. Leadership is not always a topic of discussion, but if we want to make an impact, leadership needs to be an area of focus to reach your goals and help others do the same.
Have you ever felt overwhelmed by what you needed to get done? Have you ever questions if your dreams could really come true? Have you ever been discouraged by ways and habits that hinder and have not helped?
There are so many things that I wished I had learned earlier in my life. My desire is to share with you what I have come to learn and continue to learn so that you can lead well.
I am currently working on my Doctorate degree (EdD) in Education in Christian Leadership, and my focus is Women in Leadership. I am also a certified Life & Leadership coach!! It is not for you to be afraid to lead, but you should confidently walk in any room and be who you are. It's about being secure in your identity! It's about walking in purpose!
Great leadership is something that has to be developed with time and intentional efforts. You may already find yourself in leadership roles, or you may see yourself there in the future. Let's talk, let's education, let's build!
Ministry, Business, Job, Education, and more all thrive, develop, and blossom when leadership skills have been cultivated.
Let's Lead Well!!
